Shipping policy
US Orders
We offer free shipping on all US orders via Fedex. As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the check out page before you submit your order.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt (including during the time of Covid 19).
We do not ship to POBox addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 14 days for a store credit. We promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact us to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
Returns
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to BubblesMiami, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:
a. Drop your package at a FedEx location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
b. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily Fedex pick-up

Keeping Your Return in Original condition
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
Here are some additional tips:
Shoes
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
Swimwear & Lingerie
Try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops & Dresses
Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
Damage / Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
Final Sale
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
