All rise for our Clay Dress in Swiss dot cotton with botanical eyelet embroidery and mixed custom lace. This Victorian-inspired frock has a high neck. Mother-of-pearl buttons descend at center front to a wide, smocked waistband. A generous ruffle flounce at the yoke creates a flutter sleeve. Below, the shirred miniskirt falls to a scalloped trim, peaked at each side. Shown here in cobalt blue
